Faciliteacher Guides
Learning takes place naturally, and no one can actually "teach". An educator can, however, facilitate the learning by creating an intentional environment, coordinating a series of experiences, and responding to the students as their needs and questions develop.
Experiential Learning
It is long held wisdom, and natural order, that experience is the best teacher. All beings learn best by doing, and implementing experiential learning in the classroom or workspace will produce lasting results in deep understanding and knowledge retention.
Social Constructivism
Only the learner can "do" the learning. In the Social Constructivist approach, students actively engage through dynamic discussion and experience.
Learner Centered Facilitation
The learning experience is co-created by both the educators and the learners. There is an emphasis on leaving room for spontaneity!
